CHAPTER 8
“Let’s sit right here,” she mentions to Deacon Jesse, as the two of them; sits at a table which is located almost so far back in the nightclub, Deacon Jesse almost complains he cannot see anyone.
“Want something to drink? It is my treat tonight,” the recent woman says, and after telling her, he will like only a Pepsi, from hearing the woman say the offer, however, Deacon Jesse is also expecting she meant something else on the usual night in his church going life. An additional aspect Deacon Jesse also observes about his hope for, perhaps future wife is she wears a very appealing gold gown with a thigh high slit up her right leg as if she has been thrown to him from the very heavens above. As she reaches over and holds his left hand, which is nearest to her’s, the new woman has assured Deacon Jesse, she will not stay too long at the nightclub with him. She also starts to feel as he may not care to stay, also she wants to stand on her word with him; all the while of inside of the nightclub; Deacon Jesse cannot understand shy his new woman cannot keep her free right hand, from nearing his lady boner inside of his BVD’s.
Even from the very feel of her right hand, Deacon Jesse has sensed something racing traveling through his always attending church brain; not having a woman in long time body, feel like a fiery shot. Before his new woman, and he are walking out of Mr. Jay’s Place, Deacon Jesse had at least two glasses of wine,( he in fact believes in the water to wine miracle), afterwards Deacon Jesse along with his new woman is soon on their way to the near infamous motel, which is located some miles down from Mr. Jay’s Place.
“Buy me another one,” to him it almost sounds as if she is commanding him, and soon he is hailing the waitress to come to their table to bring his woman, one more drink.
“Don’t forget, we will go down the street tonight,” Genel will tell his ladylove Delphine, forever since the two of them had frequented the nightclub; both he and Delphine had only referred the motel as a place down the street. While at once downing the drink, as if she has not even had water during her entire life, Delphine retorts, “I go when I get well and ready,” next as she stares at Genel Moore, she had also began to feel some disgust with the middle aged pimpster.
Delphine have suspected her man Genel is up to more than what he just tells her, and for one instant she no question did not like it. Although from the very start she even believed she loves Genel, moreover she wants their relationship to be built only on trust; Delphine is becoming very jaded with Genel. She at one time deliberated about bailing out on Genel Moore and moving away from Euless, on the other hand Delphine also knew she needs some money does the scheme.
